samsung phone software

hello all :)

as my comp has jsut been repaired im trying to install my samusng pc studio software....but it wont let me,its looking for some sort of acm wmc file?what is this and how do i fix it?

UPDATE: i have uninstalled the samsung pc studio and tried installing a logitech webcam,when it gets to the installshield wizard thingy it freezes,if i ctrl+alt+delete open task manager it begins to work! it then gets to the point where it says INSTALLING DRIVERS and just dosnt do it.having this problem with any software! its a new hard drive in the comp,windows vista premium and running windows 7,any ideas?

wma is a naudio file

its installed,when i connect the phone it says: installing device drivers,but comes up with wmc acm drivers,im stuck :s

if this is a phone, try dowloading the prog from the samusng website

my comp wont let me install any software via a disc though??

just download it and run it you dont need the drive to do it.

that might be another prblem though.

what os are you running?

poss might be an idea to run a prog like ccleaner to fix it.
