Had a beautiful starter with our meal in the Portland Arms on Saturday night.
Not sure if this was what was all on it or if this is how it was put together but I am going to give replicating it a try as it was delicious.
Apologies to chef if I am way off the mark with ingredients and method.
Melon, Coconut, Malibu and Cranberry
Fan slices of honey dew melon on plate
Drizzle with Malibu
Toast desiccated coconut and sprinkle over boozy melon slices
Drizzle with cranberry coulis
