Just seen one happily bobbing up and down (of course it is mad Friday and no I have not been at the bottle) at Thurso Collage I think if I was him or her I would have looked out the maps for the sunny parts of the continent

Wagtails are not a very common sight at this time of year. I do know that they stick around all the year but seeing it in the snow I just thought I might share the sight

Go down to Thurso harbour there are always at least 3 or 4 pied wagtails bobbing about, cute birds with the way theit tails flick up and down.
