Despite some clarification over the last year by Government and some Police Forces the problems of taking photographs in public places do not seem to be disappearing.
There have been articles is some of todays papers on the subject, and whilst not a problem in Caithness (I hope), it is worth keeping abreast of what's going on in the rest of the UK, and being aware of your rights.
