Do what I did and get to hell as far away from BT broadband as you can, I went with Avanti satellite broadband whilst I still have a bit of hair left, even the BT phone is crap.

What I sooo love is the way they tell you its the filter - you are out of warranty and its down to you to get a new one! Or better still that its you who has do spend flippin eons fiddling about with cables and passwords and settings; and then they make out they were the ones that fixed it. They are a bunch of mother and fatherless individuals who wouldn't know what good service was if it bit them on the bum.
