hi any one got a recipe for tea loaf thanks:Razz:Razz

boil 1 cup mixed dried fruit with 1 cup of tea 1 cup of sugar and 2 oz butter for about 5 mins, cool and beat in 1 egg and 2 cups SR flour
pour into a loaf tin and bake about one hour or one hour 10 minutes gas mark 4 or 5
sorry don't know what it is for electric oven
