I saw these orchids for the first time today and was amazed at both the shapes and how delicate they were.

This explains the name of the Orchid.

An egret is any of several Herons most of which are white or buff, and several of which develop fine plumes (usually milky white) during the breeding season.

A good friend of mine grew them from seed.

He told me that there were only 3 seeds in the packet.

These are the first two, the third and strongest plant, is yet to flower.
