We are in our second year and I have to say that we have had a bumper crop from the patch that we have. The only disaster that we had was the caterpillars munched their way through our brussel sprouts. We grew early and main crop spuds, carrotts, leeks, shallots, onions, sprouting brocolli, cabbage and baby betroot and ordinary betroot.
Well done you for trying!! Good luck for next year too.
