When travelling back to inverness from glasgow this week with my partner we came across a woman who had her child jumping up and down and at a couple of times standing up in the back seats of her car. We tried to get her attention but being a transit van we were in she soon disappeared but not before we noted down her number plate.

To think that someone could endanger their child like this is appauling. Yes children have paddies and can scream blue murder when they want to and no one wants to be stuck in a car with a screaming child for hours, but to put your child's life at risk for a quiet life? No not on. If she was in an accident her child would die and who would she blame and could only blame but herself[evil]

So first thing next day number plate was reported to police, i hope she heeds the warning and ensures next time her child is securely belted in!

This happens alot in Thurso Children not in proper sized seats with harness's or seat belts on. As you say it ill be the child that gets badly hurt (or worse) and its all the parent (adults) fault.
