For Myself and Mr’s M, it’s two years since we gave up smoking cigerettes and we both feel very proud and and pleased with ourselves.
We both stated smoking at a very young age and had spent nearly thirty years trying every method known to man to give up and most of our attemps were made as a new years resolution .
Just over two years ago we worked out it was costing us £3650.00 per year for the both of us to smoke and decided that apart from the money our health was going to rats and enough was enough, so choose independence day as our marker.
It will always remain a special day for us.
