my laptop has stopped working(using my parents pc as we speak)

its saying problem with drivers and memory, wont let me do anything jst black screen, says need to reinstall windows ect, my dvd drive or watever it is called doesnt work its not picking up the disc, anyone able to help, please contact me on 890548 as wont be back on here
