thought with the weather getting better, people will be getting the bbq's out more, so we might like to give our recipes for such events.
looking for cold pasta and rice dish recipes please
i like bananas wrapped in bacon and cooked on bbq, honestly dont knock it till you try it.
and another is tattie packets
take tin foil and grease with butter or marg and alternate layers of sliced tattie, onion and cheese, i usually do about 3 layers, blob of butter on top and salt and pepper. i usually cook for about 30-40 mins in cooker first then finish them off on bbq. makes change to baked tattie
