Thought it was time for some tree related photos. Not the sort of image that you associate with Caithness too often. These were taken at Olrig behind Castletown.

Yeh nice shots Deemac... I love trees...

Some nice pockets of them up round the back of the village for sure.

I love trees too and number 2 with the "battle lines" of Caithness slabs is very interseting.:D

Looks like a clean sweep for number 2 although they are all great.

I guess I'm going to have to go against the flow, my preference is No. 3!

Thanks folks for all your comments. Like Northlight I prefer No.3 myself. Funny enough on another forum they all preferred No.1. Takes all sorts I suppose (and that's why we all love posting on forums). Anyway here's the B-List efforts.

No's 1 & 6 for me Deemac but only marginally because they're all excellent.Love the tones and framing of them all.

Of the second set I like number two, the road makes an excellent lead into the picture.

Great pics as usual Deemac, but the blue is just a wee bit overdone in #1, and others, for me.:confused
