Mine is interpersonal as well. No surprises there. Have been tested on a number of occassions and a variety of means by my work, always get this type of answer.
The only intersting insight I have had from these sort of things was when we did Belben to see what personalities we all were and how to use them. I'm a plant, the only plant at work:roll:

Well, I am not entirely stupid but to take tests like whatever surely is a sign of insecurity. I would not even contemplate doing such daft nonsense. Why would anyone with any intelligence have to do so or want to do it?????I am puzzled maybe its me that is the numpty........
