Its that time of year again at Dunbeath Surgery where we put on some free complementary medical workshops.
This month we revisit Hypnosis.
The workshop will cover all the basics:
Inductions
Trance, what is it, is it safe?
Basics of NLP
Basics of psychological behaviour
Identification of Stress and Stress Toolbox
How to use Hypnosis
Medical applications
Wellness applications
This workshop is ideal for dealing with stress, phobias and much more and will provide the tools and techniques for dealing with a variety of situations. We will dispel many of the common myths that surround hypnosis and what it is.
Refreshments will be provided, along with workshop notes.
This is suitable to all adults irrespective of which medical practice they belong to.
Previous attendees are welcome to refresh and learn something new.....
