AVG or Avast?

AVG or Avast?
I need to drop one as they're taking too many resources in my laptop. Have the free editon of both and i have zone alarm as well but worried that avg on its own won't be enough and it's much more user freindly than avast:roll:

Avast for me been using it for years now and never had any problems.

I also have Spybot Search and Destroy and also Malawarebytes Anti-malware.
