No, not the guy who goes "seemples" in the ad!

Are you guilty of popping into FlashChat, not saying a word and then leaving as fast as you came in? Please say hello! You might even enjoy a blether!

Hey wifie, any idea why the Meerkat in the "seemples" ad has an Eastern European accent? Meerkats only originate from Africa, so it seems pretty strange to me.

Stranger than a Meerkat that can speak? (Hang on, I'm getting deja vu (http://forum.caithness.org/showpost.php?p=517044&postcount=22)here...)

Think you might be getting confused. You know how to differentiate between weasels and stoats, yes?

Weasels are weasily identifiable, but stoats are stoatally different. ;)

No, the other post said "Russian" accent. I said "Eastern European" Anyway deja vu is French, so you are barking up the wrong Meerkat. Keep a Civet tongue in your head please!!

You're both right and wrong. Uncle Google was not required, and the 'joke' is indeed not worthy of repetition here. But hey-ho, what'cha gonna do about it? :D

TTFN wifie.

Off-topic isn't such a bad place to be, although succumbing to Shelley-esque levels of chit-chat has left a somewhat embarrassing taste in my mouth.

I'm off to tighten this cilice a bit farther. Yeah, that'll teach me.

That's the best compliment I've had in years. Cheers, Scorrie!:Razz

Many years ago a customer complained about me to my boss saying I was biased against this particular person and actually hated them.

My boss replied "Now, I know that N doesn't like you, but he's definitely not biased, he hates everybody."

I were quite proud of that.

I couldn't find a picture of the character either. Probably not PC these days. I did find this cut out mask of Bill Oddie though. A bit sinister without the eyes!!
