Best read this quickly, I posted in the general section 'cos it will get more circulation; it is not a technical post seeking advice per se but the mods may whisk it away anyway.
I subscribe to Norton Antivirus and today had a routine "Live Update" message and clicked all the usual buttons, but got a "Live Update Failed" message.
I then followed all sorts of intructions and at the end of the maze I eventually downloaded a new version of Norton 2009 which has some new features.
Was wondering if this has happened to anyone else or am I the chosen one? (for whatever reason)
