St Johns pool little grebe

Popped up to St. John's pool today to see what was about (quiet afternoon with a few hours to kill),having heard that i might see little grebes there. Day was windy and very overcast with the (very) occasional sunny spells,so didn't expect much. On my list of birds spotted were black-headed and herring gulls, mute swan, moorhen, grey lags, lapwings, oyster catchers, heron, mallard, hooded crow, chaffinch, and ..... Little grebe :D
