Last night my son updated his MSN and everything was okay but this morning when he turned it on his contacts page was blank. He can speak to people that contact him but he can't start a conversation. The whole page is blank apart from his picture, etc at the top. I have tried the usual troubleshooting from the help pages but the contacts icon and show menu icon are not there. Has he clicked something to do this. Any ideas would be great because its gonna be a long weekend with his gurning!!!
