Got an e-mail from National Lottery telling me of their "new improved" website with its "new fresh look".
My first impressions were "Ooooooooo don't like that". Now that I have had a better look at it, my opinion is still "Oooooooooo don't like that".
I thought the previous site was more user friendly.
Now when checking tickets on-line using "View Tickets" it doesn't show the actual draw numbers any more, just your numbers and a message saying "This ticket has not won any prizes, but wins may occur in the future if there are remaining draws yet to take place for this ticket." Not that I don't trust them but it takes away a bit of the fun when you can't see how much you missed the £10 by.
