Query - McAllens Decorators Wick?

I'm sure someone out there will know the answer to this.

Recently been decorating, and under the old paper someone had written on the wall. Couldn't quite make it out, but it was something like,

Decorated by T Gary, McAllens Wick, June 1966.

Was there a decorators firm in Wick of that name?

There is McAllans wallpaper shop in Bridge Street Wick.....maybe there is a connection.

Under new owners since then, that firm of painters and decorators is still trading today.
