Anyone else having internet problems in springpark since the engineers were working in the boxes on Thursday, our speed has dropped below 1Mb since they were in the boxes and dropping signal lots. Just wondered if it was just us.

They weren't phone engineers, they are in fact spies from the U.D.A. putting a phone tap on your line. U.D.A.-Unicorn Detection Agency.

same here, it's driving me nuts i'm no far from throwing my laptop out the window :lol:

Well hubby saw engineers in different areas of springpark on thursday and it has been awful since.

It started to get slow at my work on Thursday, we all commented on it. It was still slow Friday as well.

It seems a good bit better today 3mb and not dropping so often, very odd.

Could you tell me how to check connection speed as i have never been able to do that.

That's the only online speed tester that BT will acknowledge.

There are others at http://speedtest.net and http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html, but as I said, BT won't accept their results if you cite them when raising a fault ticket.
