Hi Shirley,
I too am looking for McKay and Graham, and the following could be of use to you.
David Ross, b 1818 (possibly from Golspie, according to Census) m 1837 Wick, Christina McKay (b 1813 Reay).
David's marriage lines, showed he was farm servant at Barnyards and witnesses were James A?, Miller in Stirkoke and Donald Gunn, farm servant at Barnyards.
David's father, Alexander (m 1816? Ann Graham. Alexander was a gardener and possible worked at Barrogill Castle (now castle of Mey) Thurso.
Ann died in 1837 when Alex. was a gardener at Hempriggs House and he died possibly between 1841 and 1851.
David died in April 1865 and had been gardener at Rosebank House, Bankhead. Christina was still alive on 1901 census living at Bankhead.

So don't know whether this is a longshot or there is a connection.
Best of luck, if it isn't.

Hi Averil,
Many thanks for the information. I don't see a connection yet, but you never know. Will keep it for future reference.

Thanks again,
Shirley

If I come across any Graham information, I will let you know.
