TV Screen turns blue

The TV starts up ok, but after qabout 10-15 seconds the picture disappears and the screen turns blue with faint lines across it. You can still see a faint picture behind the blue. Sound is ok. Channels change ok. Any ideas?

At a guess I'd say it's a heat problem. Try hoovering any dust out of the back vents...

It won't hurt anyway... Unless you knock it down on your toes. ;)

Try pushing your scart lead in at the back of your tv,it may not be that but my Mums goes green when her lead is loose x
