TV/DVD Combi No Picture Only Sound!!!!

My daughter got a TV/DVD combi from Santa and we went to plug it in for her today only to discover there isnt any picture on it ????

I think I may have pushed a button on the remote as Im sure there was a picture on it when we first put the dvd in??

Please help 2 frustrated parents!!!

Any thing at all on the screen? Try by Removing the dvd, switch off at the plug, count to ten and reapply power. Switch on and reinsert a dvd and it should automatically play the dvd at default settings.
