Does anyone have any good low fat christmas baking recipes - shortbread, cookies etc?

The only low fat baking that I can think of would be an egg sponge. Shortbread has loads of fat in it, cookies too. You have posed some tough questions here!!

Eat only half as much. Could use oil? is it for diet purposes?
