Hi

Can anyone help, I am trying to upload a new avatar, but everytime I try I get a message that its failed.... Can anyone tell me what I can do so I can get a picture on my profile...

Maybe you need to reduce picture size.... I had the same trouble but when I cut size everything was fine.:)

It is more than likely that your Avatar is too big in either Phisical size or memory. The maximum size of your Avatar should be no more than 80 by 80 pixels or 20.0 KB.
