Here is a Photograph I took out at Stroma when I was stationed there. This must have been taken at least 20 Years ago.
Do any .orgers have any other Photographs of any Lighthouses.

I'm not sure if this is a lighthouse, it was taken from Mainland Orkney to one of the smaller islands, not sure which.

Now this brings back many memories as I Lived at Holburn Head Lighthouse, Scrabster for seven and a half years. I lived there but worked out at Stroma. :D

This one looks like Hoy Sound Low Lighthouse, not 100% certain but I think so.

Lismore Lighthouse.
Lismore is situated on Eilean Musdile in the Firth of Lorne at the entrance to Loch Linnhe.

This is a Photo I took of Rattray Head Lighthouse, by St Fergus. I worked there in 1978 and was one of my first stations. Notice the door about 30 feet above the sea level and you could only access it by a metal ladder pinned to the Lighthouse Base.

Yes - the light is indeed 'Hoy Low' on the island of Graemsay between Mainland and Hoy (which forms the backdrop). There is also a tower lighthouse (Hoy High) on the eastern side of the island.
