Hello
Would like to make some nice Halloween biscuits or cakes for the kids but baking skills are pretty limited, can make fairy cakes etc but not very good with decorating....anyone got any good and easy ideas or recipes??
Thanks

This isn't a cake but it's great fun for the kids and looks really effective.

6 oranges
packet of chocolate angel delight
milk

Cut the tops off the oranges
Scoop out the flesh, separating the flesh from the pips and pith.
Dice the orange flesh.
Make up the angel delight and mix with the diced orange flesh.
Cut eye holes and mouths in orange shells to look like a pumpkin lantern.
Fill with angel delight mix and place lids back on.
Place in fridge to set.
