Can anyone help out with tracing where my Great Great Grandparents are buried or anything about their lives? I have traced the death certificates of both John Ferguson born 1813 died 1899 and his wife Ann(Macleod) born 1820 and died 1901 to and the both died in Caithness.
John's death was registered dead in Latheron - died in Lybster 14th April 1899.
Ann died on 31st May in Lybster and again the death was registered in Latheron.
In 1881 F the pair lived in Nottigham House Latheron with their Daughters Margaret (29) and Anna (16) together with their son John (16)
In 1891 the pair lived in Reisgill Part of the Estate of Swiney Latheron with Margaret Bessie and Hannah(?)
In 1901 John was dead but I believe Ann was living on main street Lybster although I dont have census to hand. I am in Sutherland/Caithness this weekend from the English Midlands and have been to Latheron graveyard but cannot find anything.
Anyone help please?
