Who makes Posters?

Where can I get a poster made please? I need a poster advertising the Caithness Cancer Support Group Meeting which I can get photocopied and then distribute to supermarket notice boards etc.
I haven't a clue how to do it on the computer which would have been ideal. I thought the voluntary office do it but apparently not. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A cheap and cheerful alternative to getting a company to print posters is to get yourself a free program off the internet called, rasterbator.
It Increases the size of your pic without loss of quality and you can print the poster to a size you would like using sheets of A4 paper instead of one big sheet.

Not copying any more, but colour laser printing up to A3 or larger using tiled A3 sheets :D.

Yes along the same lines, but using A3 sheets means less sheets to tape together :D. 2 examples here (http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z98/Bobinovich/DianaBanner.jpg) and here (http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z98/Bobinovich/JackieBanner.jpg) both using 8 A3 portrait sheets. Also these were printed from high-quality vector images which are much sharper than rasterised images.

Can do large and small posters Fran - TBH simply mentioned how to do larger-scale ones so I was explaining the difference between the program they suggested & why my own method produced crisper images.
