it seemed to just install itself!!

have norton...but no help as such..any advice appreciated

Its not a virus, its malware.

Download Ad-aware 2007 free, install, update and run. It will find and remove the problem.

If you are struggling to use internet explorer because of it, download Firefox or google chrome.

Both are free alternative web browsers. And in my opinion better.

Google either of the above progammes and you will find a link to download it. Or just go to www.download.com and search for both.
