While walking the dogs on the beach this morning I came across this wonderful symmetric pattern. Isn`t nature amazing in creating shapes and pattern?

I completely agree Raven - nature is amazing. Often the beauty is in the detail - you just have to look for it.

Fabulous shot. Great work & DOF.
Reminds me of the intro shot in the recent film re-make of "War of the Worlds" starring Tom Cruise, where they zoom out of the bacteria swimming within the water drops.
Scout, hope you don't mind but I now have your raindrop picture for my desktop; is that ok?
Anyone else see a face on this shell?

And judging by his downturned mouth, he's in a crabby mood today! [lol]
And Sporran, if you count his chubby cheeks it must have been too many hot cross buns!

I nearly missed this posting. From what I remember of my garden (long ago down south) I think it might be a Hebe. But, I might be wrong (and often am ...).

psyberyeti,
Thats pretty good, and might well be worth the wet feet.
Which I have to say is probably better than the half a bucket of sea water done the neck of a jacket which seems to be my speciality at the moment.
