Nikon or Fuji

I am looking to get back into a DSLR and narrowed my options down to :

Nikon D50 or a Fuji S2 Pro (Still Nikon)

I cannot see the point of getting a newer camera as my old D50 done everything I wanted and the spec of the Fuji looks good.

Anyone have any feedback on the Fuji or even another option all together?

I have the Fuji s3 pro. I did have the s2 pro but now use the S3 pro and am delighted with it. I haven't used a nikon so can't compare but certainly the s3 does everything I want it to do.

So what lenses can I use for it, I assume I could use the Sigma Nikon mount lenses?

I have a tamron 18mm-200mm and also the nikon 70-400mm vr lense and both are excellent lenses.
