Having just finished my spicey haggis pizza, and having had it curried last week in an attempt to have it 10 different ways in a month. :lol:

If im right i think you are talking about haggis?
If that's the case - i love using the haggis as the stuffing for the chicken - it's lovely all the juices from the chicken run in to it & it tastes delish. :D

Yes it was haggis, sorry I did not make that clear. Its nice with sweet chilli mixed with peppers as well and served with rice.

Haggis and chips, with a nice rich gravey.... slurp! :D

This is a nice one, 2 of the big flat mushrooms about 6 inches across, haggis with stilton put on and a knob of garlic butter and then grilled.

And a large glass of red wine.

Lots of chopped onion fried with mushrooms and a thick gravy.
