It actually looked quite impressive on the local news this evening, blades still spinning as the hub blazed away. I wonder how far the blades went when they finally burnt through..... :D

I can't make my mind up whther I like these things or not.

Too many, and too high certainly dont do much for any landscape.
Can we afford to have aesthetic worries?
I think so, and a small gathering of these on certain isolated sites can look
strangely beautiful.

Anyone else confused?
Didn't see many in Caithness last October thinknig 'bout it. Just one, near Dounreay, but maybe I wasn't looking hard enough.

Well at least there is some justice..one of those horrible eyesores went into self destruct
