The Cliff Bakery in Wick would probably be your best bet. If they don`t still sell it they could tell you where else to try.

I just ask at the bakery in tesco and got a bag of it free as they like to encourage home baking. Asda are the same they will give it free too. Just ask we use it in our bread and its yummy.

I just ask for it in tesco and get a bag a time which they say lasts a month in the fridge but was talking to someone in the bakers and he said no more than two weeks. I put 1% fresh yeast in my bread compared to flour. So if I am using 500g flour thats 5g fresh yeast
