Stuffing for mushrooms

In a whizzer put the stalks of mushrooms, add some chunks hard cheese a good handful of shelled pistachio nuts and a garlic clove. Whizz till the mixture sticks together. You can use it for stuffing mushrooms, red peppers and make stuffing balls with it.

Its also nice if you put chopped bacon in instead of the nuts.

I stuff mine with garlic, peppers, kidney beans, onion and couscous.

Lots of variations, but I too add the stems from the mushrooms to any of the recipes.
