Have been downloading family files fromscotland's People. They seem to be in a format which does not allow me to print them with my Lexmark printer. Anybody out there help me?

what is the format? Is it .art?

Have been downloading family files fromscotland's People. They seem to be in a format which does not allow me to print them with my Lexmark printer. Anybody out there help me?

Are they .tif files?

If so and you have a graphics programme which can open them, open them and save them as .jpg files.

Never had a problem printing what I download from Scotland's People, but maybe a Lexmark doesn't work the same as an Epson.
