Has anyone had any experience of taking this herb?

Yes i've googled it.....just looking for any personal experiences of it.....

Hey, I'd never heard of this before, so googled it, as you do. Sounds brilliant. I wouldn't mind trying that myself, but only if I knew someone who had tried it. I have tried the St Johns Wort before, and even through there are supposed to be no side effects, I felt weird on it and didn't like it at all. Could have been me, but I don't know. I have been off and on antidepressants for years, and am always looking for an alternative. Any feedback would be brilliant

I am afraid you are wrong, though it does not agree with everyone. There have been extensive trials of this herb and for many people suffering mild to moderate depression find it has been a God send.
It is probably a good idea to consult a qualified herbalist and obtain St Johns Wort that way, though I have used and when needed still do, use over the counter.
In both Germany and Ireland it can only be got through prescription.
