View Full Version : Trying something different.
I had a boring photo of a fern and I thought I'd spice it up a bit, so I made a fern fairy.

Added a log foreground to a photo of Dounreay/Sandside beach and trying to make it blend in natural like..

I tried to give a good composition with a good foreground/midground and background subjects. Put in a new blue sky from grey cloud in the original. Brightened it up and fiddled around with varying brush strokes. Le Voila, mon ami, Monsieur Monet!

Merci beaucoups Sporran.Perhaps you could give your verdict on this? :D

Looks like you spent the day with a paint brush and easel.
Wow Lizz psychadelia or if you look long enough seek-a-delia - LOL! (As in barf - wasn't sure of my Caithness spelling there!)
Very clever, LIZZ! Glad those pics aren't animated, though! I already feel like they're starting to hypnotise me as they are!

Now when the paint pot tipped off of the table
You watched as it started to fall
Glass popped, shattered and splattered
As the paint pot hit the wall
Anyone remember that song? lol [lol]
Great pics everyone, especially liked Rhegheads Monet.
For this one, I have been exploring how photography can be used as a political weapon to change public attitudes.

Too scary for words man! Mind you when I was wee they always said if Dounreay went up we wouldn't know a thing about it!

Didnt the Braan Seer say the Black rains would fall and everything north would be wiped out as a I child believed all that ---- as the oldies used to say it was exactly what your pic shows

Another little different job I've been working on. This CS4 is huge and daunting at times. I hope some of you like it as much as I do. :)
