Email problems

My PC has just come back from the menders, they had to re-install everything using the recovery disks, so nearly all the stuff has disappeared. I've managed to get back online, but cannot send or receive email. I thought I'd put everything back into my account properly, but it keeps telling me it can't find the server. In the POP3 box and the SMPT box I put orangedialup.co.uk - is that not right? It was wanadoo before it crashed and I tried that as well, but same problem. I hope somebody out there can tell me what I'm doing wrong, because it's driving me demented.
