Just tried emailing the address given on the front page, had email returned as a failed delivery, tried ringing the number given, no reply after spending 20 minutes trying :(

Bill ... any chance you can check that email addy is right please?

Hi Tugmistress, try shelagh.swanson@highland.gov.uk all highland council email addresses have a full stop after the first name. Hope this helps and let me know if it works!
