Does anyone know of a garage/workshop for rent?

Im currently looking for a garage/workshop to work on two vehicles and some storage. Would prefer power and light and it must be secure - minimal disturbance to owner.

Willing to pay sensible rates in or around the Wick area

I seem to remember that there was a garage in Robert Street advertised in the Groat a few weeks ago.

Have looked into it but the rent is £60 per week plus the rates and as it's for personal use only I cannot justify that for a hobby.
