The head gardener is a fan of poppies and has finally managed to source some plants for this variety and here is the result.......I might have to agree with the head gardener on this one... it is fairly special...........

Is that the large form with the furry foliage that grows in a clump or the single form that has a smooth leaf and produces a single stem?

I've just had a look, it would appear to be a single stem but with hairy leaves, the bloom is about 5 inches across. I don't suppose that helps so will consult the head gardener after work.
