Its that time again when you get the double whammy,insurance and road tax in the same month :~(
Thought I'd be smart and get the Oh just to insure the car 3rd party.Its getting on a bit in years and not really worth much so my reasoning was why pay for fully comp.

Thought we got a good deal £129 for the landi but Oh is not allowed to claim if there's an accident to and from his place of work.
Is it just us or does that seem strange.:confused

your usually asked in the insurance questionaire if you use the vehicle for travel to and from your workplace and is quite common. The insurance people think you are more likely to have an accident going to and from work (rushing cos your late etc) so it does tend to boost the payment costs .... strange but true lol :lol:

Oh wasnt asked if he used the car to go to and from work so its even more bizare.:confused

Its the green lobby trying to get us all to walk to work by removing insurance cover to and from work. lol
