My first try at a night time photo

What a beautiful sky! Am I right in thinking you moved the camera whilst taking the picture; there seems to be a bit of blurring? Take a wee dram before the next one to steady your hand a bit....;)

Yes i probably did move whilst taking the shot i need a tripod.
I was just going through different settings i am not sure which one to use

Camera movement is the only significant fault, and you correctly say that you need a tripod, although just putting the camera on to something solid and using the self timer would also work.
One could argue that the foreground could be lightened a bit, but that would need either fill in flash, or work with image editing software.
I think the photograph stands well as it is, the camera movement actually adds to the image in this instance. I like the photograph a lot.
