Well, we've had a favourite Scottish food thread, so howz about an English one too, folks?

Some of my personal favourites are roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, Cornish pasties and English cider (the alcoholic variety, of course! :D ). I also have a penchant for English cheese, such as Cheshire, Lancashire and Stilton, to name just a few. Will think of more later, I'm sure!

Can't beat roast beef and yorkshire puddings with all the trimmings except for sprouts as they are little cabbages and they make you fart real bad.

Is that classed as English? I never really thought about it before. Urgh turkey dont want to eat that for christmas dinner. Its gonna be a large fillet steak from bews the butchers for me
