Now that I have read about the £50 per cup coffee (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/7340005.stm), I'm off to tesco to buy some coffee beans, I have 3 cats so I'm expecting a fair success rate.

In the words of the great Mr Meldrew...

I don't belieeeeve it!!

The thought crossed my mind too Sapphire. I have only one cat, but he's a big boy ;).

The trouble is he's totally NIMBYish when it comes to evacuating, but maybe I could go into business with the neighbours...or even the whole street:eek:.

Bought a pack of this civit coffee for my brother last year for a birthday present. it was around £20 for 52g. Its really good stuff. There is absolutly no aftertaste and goes down really easily. Had Blue mountain coffee aswell. Not sure why anyone would want to blend the two together as both have a very unique taste that would be lost. I might pay £15 for a cup but not £50. thats a bit much.

To be fair to them, the £50 cups of coffee are for charity, but I couldn't bear the thought of ingesting anything that had been pooed out by a cat.

If you would pay £15 for a coffee, you obviously have too much money. I'll help you with that, I'll send you my paypal details ;)

Didn't this coffee feature as evidence in an episode of CSI a couple of years ago?

I can't see what all the fuss is about.

I've drank loads of coffee over the years that has tasted like cat crap.
